Using a secure document box, Principled Storage prides itself in being a fully GDPR document storage solution. This is important for your organisation to ensure that you do not face any data breaches.
So lets start at the beginning.
Our secure document box is made from high-tensile, hard wearing, robust plastic. This safeguards contents from damage and the elements, including damp and moisture.
Each box is uniquely referenced with an RFID (radio frequency identification) which enables us to scan and find each box.
The unique reference is matched with the number on the security tag. Our security is tamperproof and has to be removed with a special knife.
Each box has three reference numbers on the label, however there is no mention of the client or the contents of the box.
Boxes and security tags are delivered to the client, who fills the box and secures it. The contents of the box are not seen by our employees and the box is only opened by the client when they request a box recall.
Additionally, all employees are DBS checked, our facilities are equipped with alarms, access control and CCTV at all times.
This means that your documents are under watch 24/7 and we will not see any information that you keep.
