What makes us the DM Awards Storage Product of the Year?
Our storage totes can hold up to 20% more documentation than a standard cardboard box and are made from robust, recycled plastic. Due to the durability of our totes, they typically have a lifespan of 15-20 years before they are returned to be recycled again. Comparing this to standard cardboard boxes, which are mass produced and continually recycled, our totes therefore have a lesser impact on the environment as the production and recycling of our totes consumes and produces less carbon emissions and greenhouse gases.
Additionally, due to high-tensile plastic used in the production of our totes, it safeguards the contents from damage, such as moisture.
GDPR Compliance is an imperative requirement for all businesses, and we are proud of the security our totes provide. We utilise various methods to ensure your documentation is kept confidential.
Our totes are security sealed with a tamperproof tag. This is secured by the client at time of packing, so even our employees do not see what documentation you keep. Clients provide us with a reference for what is in the box, and this information is kept on a secure server, which complies with the information security requirements of ISO 27001 Information Security Management System.
Labels on our totes are not identifiable to anyone except our security checked employees. Each client is provided with a unique Client Account Reference, and therefore there is no need for us to label totes with a company name. Each tote is labelled with a data matrix QR code, giving each box an individual digital identity, which is scanned point-to-point to ensure there is an audit trail for clients.
In addition to these specifications, each tote is again referenced with a unique RFID (radio frequency identification) which matches the reference on the security seal. This allows each individual tote to be located with our top of the rang and allows our employees to locate client totes with ease.
These security features are an excellent enhancement to our already secure facilities, which are fully equipped with 24-hour CCTV and alarms and have access control limitations on who can enter the facilities.
